Bill Bryson, CFP®

CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional

For more than twenty-five years I have been helping individuals and businesses in the Middle Tennessee area meet their financial goals.

I believe in order to assist our clients in the best way possible, I must continue to develop my practice skills. Continuing education requirements must be met in order to use the following designations and licenses:

  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®)
  • Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®)
  • Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®)
  • FINRA Securities Registrations: Series 6, Series 7, Series 22, Series 63, and Series 65

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree I spent twelve years in the teaching profession. Eight with Castle Heights Military Academy and four with Friendship Christian School both located in Lebanon, Tennessee.

My approach to the financial planning process has been forged over the years by my experience in the field of education, and the Financial Services profession. I have learned our clients want and need education, not just information. This allows them to make sound financial decisions. Therefore my approach is to continue the education process from initial contact and throughout the implementation of plan strategies.

It is my belief we should always be willing to support the community in which we work and live and to be engaged in professional affiliations that encourage a high degree of ethics and knowledge.

The following is a partial listing of community involvement and professional affiliations:

  • Board of Directors Friendship Christian School
  • Deacon at Maple Hill Church of Christ
  • Corporate Member of Lebanon/Wilson Co. Chamber of Commerce
  • Blue Raider Athletic Association of Middle Tennessee State University
  • Nashville Chapter of the Estate Planning Counsel
  • Middle Tennessee Society of the Financial Planning Association
  • Society of Financial Services Professionals

For the past thirty-five years my wife Joan and I have lived and raised our two children, Matt and Marti, in Lebanon Tennessee. Matt, a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, is a local business owner and our daughter Marti, a graduate of Lipscomb University is a practicing neo natal RN.
